Oh mornings. They’re one of the three best parts of the day (alongside afternoons and evenings). Well, recently you’ve probably heard a thing or two about the importance of creating a healthy set of habits to get your day started. And with good reason. 6 out 5 people agree that morning rituals can enhance your life… That might not be an exact figure, but the truth is that setting a positive morning routine is one of the most simple, easy and effective ways to win the day. Sound good? Yeah, sign us up. So, with that in mind, we’re inviting you to wake up on the right side of the bed with The Kind Tribe. And to do so we’ve enlisted the help of Personal Trainer, friend of the Tribe and all-around mega babe Jess Katz to take us through her own morning ritual. Read on for some tips on how you can kick start your day the right away and kick more ass throughout the day.
Hello Tribe! Thanks for having me. Here is a little something that will make each and every day just that little bit more (insert what you might need “more” of) exciting, productive, enjoyable.
What is the most important part of our day? Well, the beginning of course; I like to start my day with morning rituals, all of which I truly believe give my thoughts more positivity, my body more energy and my day more purpose.
